Rise of the Partisans / Saturday, May 5 / Harris Field

During the spring of 1943, most of Europe is in the merciless grip of Nazi Germany. Millions have been terrorized and slaughtered as the war rages on. Pockets of resistance have formed, and civilians are taking up arms in the Rise of the Partisans.

    Semi-Auto Only
Full automatic and burst mode firing are prohibited at this event. Only one BB is to be projected with each pull of the trigger. However, we're making an exception to this rule for replicas of guns that were designed to fire in full-auto during World War II such as a Beretta Modello 38, Breda M37, Browning, FG 42, flamethrower, Lewis gun, M3 grease gun, MG 34, MG 36, MG 42, MP 40, MP 41, Nambu Type 100, PPD-40, PPSh-41, STEN, Sterling submachine gun, StG 44, Thompson submachine gun, or ZB vzor 26. If you own a replica that you feel should be added to this list, please contact me. You may also use pump/slide-action or lever-action guns that shoot multi-round bursts.

    Hit & Respawn Rules
Call your hit. Put your red rag on your head. Drop every prop that's bigger than a basketball. Don't reveal intel to live players.
Sit for 3 minutes out of play. Then, remain seated while waiting for a live player to come respawn you back in, or stand and move to catch up with your buddies and be respawned by one of them at a safe respawn tree. The person who respawns you does so by taking off your red rag and placing it in your hand.
Detailed Hit & Respawn Rules are linked HERE.

    Factions
Your faction will be finalized on game day based on how everyone is dressed:

    Partisans
    Germans
    Dress Code
Please wear civilian clothing to this event because the vast majority of participants will be Partisans. 1940s civilian clothes are best, but modern civi outfits such as hoodies and jeans are acceptable.
However, if your heart's desire is to be on the smaller German faction that will certainly lose in the end, please wear authentic-looking WW2 German clothing or, at least, something that pays homage to it.

Roll Call signup on Facebook linked HERE

    FRS/GMRS Radio Channels
Channel 1 (462.5625 MHz) is reserved for the Partisans. Germans may monitor Channel 1 but aren't permitted to transmit on it.
Channel 2 (462.5875 MHz) is reserved for the Germans. Partisans may monitor Channel 2 but aren't permitted to transmit on it.
VOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited. Please familiarize yourself with your radio, and set it to your faction's channel before arriving at the field.

    Temporary Disarmament
For the first 30 to 45 minutes of this operation, partisans will be required to play without their own airsoft guns which will be set in a safe dry place under the supervision of multiple moderators. If this is unacceptable to you, then please skip this event.

    Juggernauts
On limited occasions, players may encounter distinctive/menacing characters with special attributes. These juggernauts have been directed by the game administrator to be invincible to conventional weapons, so don't expect them to call their hits; however, you must still call the hits that you receive from them. Therefore, it's best to simply avoid these juggernauts or to discover and exploit their unique vulnerabilities.

    Swap Meet
Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to buy/sell/trade their airsoft equipment in and around the parking lot and staging area during the morning of this event.

    Our Commitment to You
The field managers and event producers will follow through with this operation regardless of the weather. We are fully committed to delivering everything that we advertise and greatly respect the sacrifices that you make in order to attend our ops. Your opinions and improvement ideas are valuable to us, so please share them.
