Full-automatic and burst-mode firing are prohibited at this event. Only one BB is to be projected with each pull of the trigger.
However, we allow the following exceptions to this rule:
Designated Machine Guns that are big, heavy, and grounded as described HERE
Pump/slide-action or lever-action guns that shoot multi-round bursts
BB shower shells such as Madbull
Mini launchers such as Zoxna
Hit & Respawn Rules
Call your hit. Put your red rag on your head. Drop every prop that's bigger than a basketball. Don't reveal intel to live players.
Sit for 3 minutes out of play. Then, remain seated while waiting for a live player to come respawn you back in, or stand and move to catch up with your buddies and be respawned by one of them at a safe respawn tree. The person who respawns you does so by taking off your red rag and placing it in your hand. For this event, a white bandage must also be placed on your left arm.

Allied Factions
OPFOR Faction
Afghan National Army (ANA)
The Afghan National Army is the primary fighting force against the recent Taliban resurgence. They are trained by the United States Military. Afghan National Army forces wear are identified by blue armbands. Anyone that is not marked with a blue armband is either a combatant, civilian, or a US soldier. Their FOB was overrun last September, so they will be inserting at the field entrance.
United States (invite-only non-player characters)
After the failure to beat back the Taliban in September, The United States scaled back its military presence in the Kandahar Valley. They have left a small detachment to advise ANA forces during their operations. US forces are in Multicam.
Taliban (invite-only non-player characters)
Taliban forces have been fighting invaders since the 1980's when the Soviets invaded Afghanistan. They have put up a stubborn resistance against US forces and just recently made great strides in retaking territory in Afghanistan. Taliban insurgents wear tan-based camo or civilian clothing.

FRS/GMRS Radio Channels
Channel 1 (462.5625 MHz) is reserved for the Taliban command network. Odd-numbered channels 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13 may be used by Taliban squads as directed by their commanders. Allied Forces may monitor the odd-numbered channels but aren't permitted to transmit on them.
Channel 2 (462.5875 MHz) is reserved for the Allied command network. Even-numbered channels 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 may be used by Allied squads as directed by their commanders. Taliban personnel may monitor the even-numbered channels but aren't permitted to transmit on them.
Channels 15 through 22 are forbidden because they often cause frequency bleed over. Also, VOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited. Please familiarize yourself with your radio, and set it to your faction's channel before arriving at the field.
The Story So Far
On 30 Sept. 2017, US forces established an FOB in the Kandahar province of Afghanistan with the intent to find and kill Rahem Al-Kargar. While they made great strides in negotiating with the population, they failed to match the combat capabilities of the Taliban cells in the region and the drug trade was not interrupted by US patrols. At 13:20, an explosion suspected to be caused by a suicide bomber destroyed a police station. The explosion was followed by an attack on US forces attempting to evacuate ANA and Afghan Police casualties from the building. No official body count has been recorded because US forces lost control of the area to the Taliban. Footage of the attack surfaced on youtube soon after. From the footage, we have deduced that the attack was led by Al-Kargar. Three US soldiers are unaccounted for after the police station was overrun.
The Mission
ANA forces, assisted by the US military, have deployed in the Kandahar Valley in response to the increased activity of Taliban insurgents. They are tasked with:
However, the main purpose of the deployment is to find and capture Rahem Al-Kargar, the self proclaimed "King of Kandahar" and the leader of the Taliban cells in the region. The outcome of this operation will be determined not only by the ANA combat performance, but also by how they interact with the population. ANA forces will not only lose out on rewards for mistreating civilians, but also face severe consequences.

Rules of Engagement
The Afghan National Army operates under an ROE as follows:
- Targets must have a weapon and be firing or about to fire on friendly forces.
- You may demand that a target surrender their weapons, but you may not fire on them until the first is true. The people of Afghanistan are not obligated to meet your demands, so not dropping a weapon is not a valid reason to fire on them.
- Weapons cannot be taken indefinitely from detained Afghans. You must return Afghans their weapons upon the end of their detention.
- Afghans cannot be held in detention indefinitely. Afghans must be released after ten minutes unless US forces receive an order stating otherwise.
